    Girlfriend wants me to move out
    My girlfriend wants me to move out, I have told her she will have to evict me then.
    I pay ALL the bills and we have a son together but things have got too crazy between us.
    I cannot take my lies and she cannot stand me so I don't care about leaving her but I have a lot of furniture here!

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    Who's name is the apartment in? I gather you never married.

    You have two issues here. Control of the apartment and custody of the child. Very different and separate issues. We need to know more info including your general locale.
