    Real estate line dispute,
Property has been owned by the same family since 1941, I am the widow of the oldest grandson and most present owner, people next parcel who sold there 20 acres to a man with other property on the back road, he has had a surveyor come in and move my sout line 109 ft, as to enable him to put a driveway 1000 ft back into his property on the next rd over, whick now line up in a straight line and never had before. We have had surveys done over the years and there has never been a question that there was a problem and the line was recognized and marked, I can get copies of our last survey done in 03 and the most recent by the last owners , also the lines that we have are what is shown on the tax map, his surveyor said our lines from 1941 are wrong and I am correcting them... Really ironic that this guy can put his drive on the right of way on his property, my hill at the south end in so much prettier an also the state of NJ told him the other side of his piece is wetlands. Can I make him pay for another survey or make him pay for my costs if I am right?
