    Do I have to go to court for a credit card?
    I have a court date for the citi credit card on 12/17/10. Do I have to show up?

    Obviously... unless you want to automatically lose.. and have your assets and pay garnished.

    Start by telling us how old was the last payment and is it really the Citi lawyer or a collection agency
