    h22 swapped into my 98 civic dx won't start has fire has fuel timing is dead on
    I have changes a lot of sensors plugs and wires, new distributor cap, rotor button, coil, icm, checked all fuses and changed main relay the car will give a kick sometimes but won't start. It wasn't whirling fast so I changed starters it spins fast now but still the car won't start. It almost seams like it is flooding the plugs I can whirl it over and take the plugs out and they are soaked. I changed the fuel pressure regular didn't help I clamped the fuel line of a little bit still no go. I am running out of ideas I cannot put a code reader on it because the k line is not hooked up to my computer and can't find it.

    Does the CEL come on and go off, after 2 seconds, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II)? If so, have you installed a genuine Honda distributor housing?

    Yes the light comes on and goes off. And yes it is all genuine honda parts I have 2 spare distributors that worked perfect when I took them off my other cars
