    Defiant 5 yr old
Hi, I am a mother of 2 daughters and a 1 yr old son. My daughters, 5 and 7 have both been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD and my youngest daughter is VERY defiant! She is also violent toward other children and she lies non stop. We have tried about every kind of disipline possible and nothing works. We are at a point where we have no choice but to send her somewhere to get her help. We do not want to do this but it seems to be our only option.

    Sounds like ODD to me.
However, no matter what we here on AMHD say or think, bottom line is you need to get him into the pediatrition about this, and see a psychiatrist about it.

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Has she seen a child psychologist? Discipline may not be the answer treatment may be the solution.
