I have 2 children to my ex partner for the past 5 years he's not been borthed about having then over xmas day or new year due to him being single now he's settled down he wants them he's never really paid me any child money and gets his poor mum and dad to pick them up rather then him drive the 300mile round trip to get them he's now saying he will take me to court and he don't care as he's on the dole so won't pay but ill have to pay loads as I work I've asked my child what they want and they want to be at home on xmas day due to the fact they have a younger brother living here as well and I think its unfair to split the kids up at xmas I don't mind him having them asround xmas but just not xmas day if he takes me to court will I have to fork out loads of cash on solicitor bills and do I have a leg to stand on
