Janitrol hpt18-60 fan wire

I have a Janitrol hpt18-60 and want to run the fan only with no heat. The way it is wired now the fan will not come on. Can I wire it so just the fan will come on?

I am replacing mine with a hunter 44860 progammable thermostat. My wire colors are Yellow,Green,Red,White,Blue, and Pink(appears to be just a lighter shade of red?) Turned unit on but no power or fan. A little confused because of wire color.
