    Pregnant with twins and have been spotting with an odour?
    I'm nine weeks pregnant with twins and have been spotting for a week. It now has an odour why is this

    Some women will have some spotting or light bleeding in early pregnancy. If you are noticing some discharge along with the odour it would be wise to let your midwife or doctor know. Some infections, such as yeast/thrush can be more common in pregnancy and would need to be sorted out.
