    Fan problem on Heating/Cooling unit.
Our heating/cooling unit comes on, however the fan does not. We have replaced the thermostat but the fan still does not come on. Any suggestions?

Move the fan switch to "on". If it starts, it is probably the limit switch. If not, the start capacitor or the motor could be bad. If the fan motor barely turns, 90+% of the time it's the capacitor.
