Astroboy like cartoon.
I remember this cartoon from the early 80's I think it was in black and white, the little kid looked just like astroboy but he rides a ring, YES a saturn-like ring like he was skateboarding... I don't remember too much but I know it was aired for several months... I remember his power was mini rings he shooted ninja style...

I might be crazy but I'm curious if anyone remembers a movie that is an adventure film I believe with a bunch of different cartoon cameos in it like the ninja turtles, mickey mouse, bugs bunny, and all sorts of other characters, I'm pretty sure its not roger rabbit or the south park imagination...
