I remember this cartoon from the early 80's I think it was in black and white, the little kid looked just like astroboy but he rides a ring, YES a saturn-like ring like he was skateboarding... I don't remember too much but I know it was aired for several months... I remember his power was mini rings he shooted ninja style...
