    Wall rot
    Hi everybody

    My master bedroom wall and selling has a lot of rot, and I don't know what to do with it,

    Can u give more info?

    Is this water damage?

    Are there any bugs in area of rot?

    What is rotted? Studs, sheathing floor beams?

    These are a few questions need info on to help u.
