    My rot
If any one could help me! Am despert:( mytwo month dog has parvo. Notice that he was not feeling good on Thursday. So we took him to the vet on Saturday thinking that he problably ate something that he should not have ate and just got little sick from his stomach. The vet told us he couuld have parvo and if it was he would die in three days. So he told us to go home and push fluids because this would help him with the virus. He gave him and I've and the dog vomits. He also gave us medication to take home and give to the dog. So we went home and all day sat,sun I just sat there and push and push fluid and gave him his medication. I refused to let him die I said I would try everything in my power to keep my bog alive. I just held him clean and talk to his and push fluids. Monday by husband took him back to the vet and the vet gave him another I've as soon as my husband left the Vet office and he vomits again. I come home and I started pushing fluids and so on. Tuesday he's a little better starts drinking on his own but still doesen't want to eat. And all he what's is to lay. If any on could help me I don't what my love dying after all this days I pushed I don't, I irefuse to let him die.

First I would like to say I think you are an amazing person and its people like you who make the world better! Its truly wonderful that you care so much about your puppy. Right now I would say your puppies chances are looking a whole lot better. Parvo is not what kills the dog, the dehydration it causes from them being unable to hold it down is. If he is drinking that is a really good sign. Just keep doing what your doing and he might just pull through.

I can't believe your vet didn't keep him in and put him in quarantine. This is Wednesday. How is he now? I would take him straight back to the vet. What kind of fluids are you giving him? Did the vet recommend Peralite? I hope he pulls through. Parvo is a horrible killer. Where did you get him from? I would also warn the shelter, breeder, or pet store, so this does not spread. He could have had parvo before you got him, and other dogs could be at risk.

Good luck to your new pup!
