Not getting hot water in all fixtures
My bathrooms back up to each other and are on the same line at the end of the house. One bathroom gets hot water and the other bathroom on the other side of the wall is not getting hot at all. This is for the shower and sink. All other fixtures are getting hot, just not this bathroom. This bathroom is in a spare bedroom and rarely gets used.

Let's do some checking. Under the vanity shut the hot water angle stop off and remove the supply line from the valve. Now set a pail under the valve and hold a pan over the valve and turn it on, Do you get hot water out of the valve after letting it run. Let ne know, Tom
