Any options to avoid breach of contract suit?
Owned a deli as personal business and signed a 3 year security contract in Feb 2009. In Oct 2009 we went out of business and I requested a buy-out of the security contract and they refused. Now getting notice of full payment required for settlement or will sue for breach of contract from a collection agency. Do we have any options other than full payment?
