    Breach of contract
My business got a lease contract which offer 2 month free rent with 2 years lease.
However, the landlord did not honor it and evicted me with lock out.
Even after that the landlord refuse to let me go back and move my equipments out
I have all of my paid rent receipts and also the rental contract agreement.
What step do I have to do to get the court order to get in to get all my company belonging out of that building, please advise. Thanks

You go to court and file a law suit against the landlord for breach of contract and illegal eviction. Include the value of your equipment. Upon filing the suit ask for a court order allowing you to remove your equipment.

I would strongly suggest you retain an attorney for this. If the facts are as you state, the landlord will be forced to pay your legal fees.
