    Quadro Filings approved by court
While going through a divorce 15 years ago, my attorney filed a Quadro with the courts and was approved. I recently learned that my ex-husband just retired. Because it had been approved by the courts, should I automatically be receiving my monthly checks or do I have to call the Retirement Board? If I don't receive any checks, what is my next step in order for the Retirement Board to honor this Quadro?

Go to the Retirement Board in person with your Court Order in your hand. Don't just call them as this is much too complex for just a phone call to resolve properly.
