My ex and I broke up at the start on September as he wanted a break and I was fed up because he never contacted me and would go days without doing so and he made no effort in our relationship really. I taught things were good between us, when we talked we talked for ages and I would see him a lot during the week. Also he was on coke and his mates came before me. It was a nasty brake up. He came back during the end of sept and appoligised. I taught he was serious. I was 18 last month and he text me the night before to say he still loved me.. love? Hello? We are young. Im now dating a fella the past month. Im young I know but what life had thrown at me ' my sisters death and deep depression ' I think everyone deserves to be happy. The fella is lovely and treats me so well. Happy. But my ex is still on my mind and I don't know why as I was treated like ****.. really want to be happy with this new fella and get on with things, but how can I do this when my ex is on my mind?

Go No-Contact with this ex. He seems like a bad influence. You don't want your current relationship to be ruined by an ex who made no effort to love you and treated you like ****.
Save your current boyfriend from any pain, and break of all communication from your ex.
You need to get him off your mind ASAP so you can have the ability to love your current boyfriend to the fullest.

You are going to have to toughen up and forget about him. If the person who are with right now benefits you more over all than the apparent loser ex-boyfriend that you have, then leave the other guy completely, don't talk to him anymore, and focus on something that is worth your time. Have some respect for yourself and make the right decision, the one that has a higher chance to provide you with happiness, and you are the only one that knows which decision that is.

Why are you doing this to yourself dear... he treated you so badly and did`nt care for your love when on other hand you have some who loves you and you too love him than why? Do you think he is worth your love and you.. he is calling you and all just don`t get harassed by him pleas go on no contact and save this guy who loves you and worth you feelings and love so please stop wasting time on you ex... everyone has the right to be happy you yourself are saying than why going on the same track of disrespect for yourself. And if your ex is still on your mind than don`t do anything wrong to your current boyfriend than don`t hurt him. Take your time get over your ex and than start afresh... but best I can tell you is go on NO CONTACT with your ex and concentrate on your current boy friend.
