The valve assembly under the sink is brass with a integral tee for the sprayer hose. The hose connector is unthreaded. Sink Sprayer - can't find how to get to diverter valve?

We've tried to replace the sink sprayer and it still doesn't work. It sprays one big burst and then trickles so we think it's the diverter valve but we can't get it out - seems low in the faucet. Don't know the manufacturer name of sink faucets. How can we be sure.
Cannot remove sprayer line connection under kitchen sink

I tightened the packing nut from behind the shut off valve to fix that leaking issue... now the sprayer line is leaking from either from the nut or the collar that sits just below the nut.. I cannot tighten or loosen it to remove it. There is no space in there for a wrench to maneuver

The hose from my sprayer connects under my sink with an almost air-hose type connection with a small O-ring. (which is fine), What seemed to be left after it came off was a plastic casing in two parts, held together with wire. It comes from the manufacturer this way. Can anyone please explain how...
