Looking for a movie from the 70s to the early 80s. In it had a juvenile delinquent with hair up to his shoulders, and from what I remember in the beginning he moves nun-chuks, in a professional way, with his shirt off. The next scene I remember is when he's at a party and sits next to a couple on a couch. He grabs a cigarette and shows the girl a mark on his hand and burns himself with it. The girl smiles in amazement and her boyfriend puts the cigarette in, and I mean in, his mouth. Annoyed, she rolls her eyes and walks way. Later in the movie he's in a bus from the looks of it looks like a bus for delinquents and that's all I can remember. I'd appreciate it if I received info. Thanks
