    human resource? Breaking law? Felonies?
there is a warehouse in ocala Florida that continues to put out flyers for the need of new employees. I keep applying and they are not hiring me. I honestly think it has to do with the question regarding if I ever had a felony or not. The felony is over 20 years old and cannot be expunged based on New York law. (only a pardon can remove this) I want to know if they are breaking the law based on the fact that I can do the job, I would be able to work for the next 25 years if they allowed me to before it was time to think of retirement. The only part of the equation that looks like a negative is the felony I have to be truthful about.
    what can I do??
