    It may or may not be worth fixing. Take it to a local watch repair company and ask them what it would cost to fix it.

    ... maybe it just needs a new battery.

    Since you did not give us much information, we can't help beyond that.

    If you'd like more info, tell us what type of watch it is and what is wrong with it... and we can probably help you further.
