    Does prenatal vitamins help
    Does prenatal vitamins help to get pregnant or u have to drink after u are pregnant

    No prenatal vitamins don't help you get pregnant. What they do is prevent neural tube defects when you do become pregnant. Neural tube defects are things like spina bifida. This usually occurs early in pregnancy, so it's wise to take prenatals when trying to become pregnant.
