    Is it really important to drink prenatal vitamins during the pregnancy and when you trying to conceive ? And if I trying conceive can I go to fitness club?

    It's important to have enough vitamins, particularly folic acid, when trying to conceive and when pregnant. If you have an excellent diet, you don't really NEED prenatal vits, but most people take them to be on the safe side.

    Being fit is an excellent aid to getting pregnant. Fit women get pregnant more easily, and are more likely to have a routine pregnancy and natural birth.
