    1989 honda civic won't start? There's no spark
    I checked the wires leading to the igniter white and blue wire and ground it gave volts same with the black and yellow.. then I check for continuity in the white wire it was fine then checked blue and it had no continuity this civic is 5 speed and it has no tachometer where does the blue wire go to and can I run a jumper wire when I find where the open circuit is

    The BLU wire goes to the tachometer. It's there if you want to hook up a manual tachometer to set the idle rpm. Replacing the ICM and coil will likely solve the problem:
