I had a wreck witness said it was not my fault. Police report came back it was my fault. Witness won't talk to me. The man that hit me had money and pull in my county. I got hurt and my pip has exhausted. What can I do

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Second, this is not a chat. Questions are not answered immediately. You have to wait for someone to see your question who can help with it. And it doesn't help to piggyback your question on an old thread.

Have you put a claim into your insurance company? What do they say? If your witness won't testify on your behalf there is little you can do.

Does the police report, have the witness statement included.

And you of course did not tell us any wreck details, so we can't give opinion if it was or was not your fault.

But normally police report merely states what both drivers said, and what witness said, and then states what the officer saw or what officer believes from evidence at the scene.
