    Yes and no. There can be a divorce and it doesn't mean it was legal. But can pass through the courts and you could have been notified by publication. (in the newspaper).

    He could have lied and said he didn't know where you were.

    Do you have a divorce decree your not aware of ?

    No he no where I live I have not had any papers to say we are divorce

    If he hasn't indicated that your divorced then you still are and maybe you need to file something.

    Please tell us what is happening, how long since you have seen or talked to husband,

    Is he saying you are divorced ?
    Has he provided you any informatin, what court, when ?
