    I own half of the house
    Over two years ago my father passed away leaving me his half of the home he resided in with my uncle and his family. I could never get them to actually move out of the house while trying to sell it so we took it off the market. Now I'm in a position where I need to live there. What are my rights to the house as in moving in?
