    No hot water in half of the house
    Hi,

    I need your help, please!!
    We have just realized we haven't got hot water in one half of our 3 storey house.
    We have no idea why and what caused that.
    We have hot water in the kitchen but haven't got it in the bathroonm on the opposite side of the house and directly above that bathroom.
    Please help!!

    Hi Anna...

    What heats your hot water? Is it a water heater? Is it more than 1 water heater? Any chance there is a water heater in the basement and a water heater at the 3rd floor?

    Also, please let me know if all faucets in each bathroom with issues is a problem.

    Finally, any chance if you know if you have a recirculating hot water line?

    Please answer all questions and we'll see what we can think of... OK?
