I have been looking for this movies for like 6 years.. this guy is neighbors in apartments next to a girl... one of them has a big dog... they annoy each other and don't get along... in one part they get stuck in the elevator together,another part he gets locked out and he's in only his towel and tries to climb the window and loses the towel and an old couple walks by... they both go through a dating service and at the end, they're matched with each other and she didn't know because he always goes by a different name than his first name... im not 100% sure but I think he thinks she's getting marries but its really her friend who is and he goes to stop the wedding... it use to show on hbo I think around 1999 or so... his name I think is charles at the end
