    How can I fix this?
I have a complicated question, I hope someone out there may have some insite on my situation. My ex husband and I divorced 5 years ago. At the time, we agreed that our daughters would live with him due to him having a more secure job. He has done everything in his power to make me out to be the bad guy. When I do get to talk to the girls, they have told me about his new girlfriend who has been convicted of a felony for assualting a police officer and was confined to jail and a mental help facility. She also has a 8 year old son who she shares visitation with her ex every other week. They all live in a 2 bedroom house. My ex and his girlfriend have one room, my daughters share the other. Every other week, the boy is SUPPOSE to sleep on the couch, but it has brought to my attention by the girls that the youngest one had to give up her bed for the boy and slept with her sister in her bed and he slept in hers. All 3 slept in the same room. The girls are 11 and 12 years old. Also the boy, from what his mother (the girlfriend) has told me was suspended from school last year because he was masterbating in class. Yes, you read that right. Apparently, Texas does not have a law that stipulates siblings of the opposite sexes sharing a bedroom, however, he isn't legally a sibling, what can I do?? I need some advice here. Thanks in advance

You need to file for Contempt of Court with a Custody Modification. I would also file paperwork requesting the appointment of a Guardian ad Litem for your girls. Without even touching on the siblings of the opposite sex sharing a bedroom you can file contempt for him saying negative things about you as opposed to "encouraging the parent child relationship." Almost every custody agreement/parenting plan is clear that bad mouthing the other parent is not allowed. You made the comment of "when I do get to talk to the girls' I would take this to mean that your visitation and access to your chidren has been either denied or discouraged by him If you are entitled to a set visitation this is a violation as well, it just depends on the wording of the court order. If a Guardian ad litem is apointed there is a pretty good chance that when she speaks for the kids in court she will be the one to mention about the son sleeping in the girls room with them. Not sure what the law in Texas is but I would think even if younger siblings can share a room that by the time they reach 10 or 11 years old it would at the very least be frowned upon. This is based on what I've dealt with in Florida but I hope it at least gives you a place to start. Good Luck.
