    Respondent or Petitioner help please
    If I am the respondent for a petition for marital separation and I withdraw my joinder and respond with a petition for dissolution of marriage, am I the still the respondent or am I the petitioner for the dissolution.

    You remain the same party in the case as it started. You don't change parties with each filing.
