Exercising in the morning, from my understanding, boosts your metabolism during the rest of the day, so you burn more calories just sitting around than you would if you worked out later in the day.

I find exercise in the morning the best. It is such a great way to start your day. It gets your blood flowing and you feel alive and awake.

As far as I have researched and know, there is nothing wrong with exercising early in the morning.

Swimmers wake at 4am in the morning and train. I don't know whether they have been to the toilet but it the morning exercise sure doesn't effect their health!

    Dear Skell!
I knew pretty well that doing exercise in the mornings is very good for health.
Some times I suffer from constipation. My only doubt is will this spoil or damage my stomach if I do exercise with-out cleaning my bowels? Can you please find an answer and let me know?
Any way I am very much pleased that you answered my question.
    Thank you so much.

No you will not damage your stomach by exercising without cleaning out your bowels. If you suffer from constipation there are some very healthy and natural ways to take care of that. One of my favorites is eating a few dried apricots a day.

No, it will not. Also, be aware that prior to starting any new exercise routine it is always best to get checked out by your doctor to insure that you are doing the right routine for you and that there are no underlying conditions that you may be unaware of that could be harmful to you while exercising.

It is also helpful to provide all of the information in your original question. Such as your occasional constipation.

See, if you can provide us with a lot of info we can answer you better. That is why I gave the answer I did. I had no other info to go on. ;)

So, next time, don't worry about your post being long or involved. We need all the info we can get to provide an accurate answer.:)
