Does dcfs have the right to make me see a shrink
My daughter fell off my bed at a month old. And the hospital called DCFS on me and now Im not allowed to be alone with my daughters until the case is closed. While interveiwing there doctor she had made a comment about me being a little attached so now they want me to see a shirnk? What are my rights now because they believe I might be depressed! Because I don't want to lose my girls over a accident!

If they say you go then that is what you need to do. DO you have a choice as to who you see or are they saying you have to go to someone specific ?

Well of course in my opinion, I don't trust DCFS at all. The minute they got involved I would have had my own attorney to represent me in every detail of case.

But if they order it, you have to do it.
