    Child custody relocation status and changes
    I was granted Relocation Status only while my current husband is military from TX to here in Washington State. I was advised to transfer the case to Washington but had not yet done so. My husband, the child's step-father divorcing me so... ****What do I need to do to keep my ability to determine relocation or keep our residency here in Washington?? ***** We have lived here for over 2 years.

    You will have to ask the courts for a decision on permanent residence. What has the bio dad said about all this?
