A bbc school's programme from 1970/1980's
This was a bbc school's prgoramme that was about an umbrella that keep getting left in a phone box and it used to speak and I believe that you were trying to return the unbrella to it's owner and it used to sing a song which I think went like this my name is Mr Capricorn yes that's my name.
