    Won't stay hard
Im 18 years old and the other night me and my girlfriend were playing with each other sitting on her couch and the first time she put her hand down my pants and started messing with me I got really hard really fast and it was feeling great then she stopped for a little bit probably about 2 minutes because her hand was hurting but when she started again I couldn't get hard but when she put it back in my pants and started jerking me again I started getting hard then right when she pulled it out it went right back to being soft she kept trying for a couple minutes to get me hard but nothing so I eventually just told her to stop I was really embarrassed about this I've never had this problem before. I'm just wondering what could have happened I also masterbate a lot mostly every other day could this be the cause of it I just really want some other peoples views on this

Masterbating too much is never a problem, just to get that out of the way. The only thing I can think of is that every time she lets go or stops the feeling goes away and that natural. But if you mean you just lost all complete feeling even when she did continue then that's weird and maybe you should get it checked out. Maybe your just a guy that doesn't like foreplay you like straight to the point without stopping and that's not a problem either. You just got to find someone like that as well or talk to your girlfriend about it and see how she feels about it.

I'm not some grade school student first of all and you know what there is no right or wrong answer. It was just MY advice. He doesn't have to take it and some people don't like foreplay so I was just throwing that out there.

Cuteseb, I think you need to read a few more questions about masturbation. Yes, too much masturbation can cause issues.

It doesn't seem to be as large a problem for females, but some men do have problems with 'training' their bodies to only respond to the feel of their own hand. It has to do with getting used to the pressure, speed, movement, etc. that they know works for them. It becomes difficult for someone else to provide the 'right' sensations. It can be reversed if the male really wants to, but it takes breaking a habit. We have also had men who masturbate more than they should have time to if they interests other than 'getting off'.

poprunner, what else was going on and where were you? Sometimes, environment plays a much bigger part in arousal or lack of it than we realize at the time. If you are nervous about someone walking in or if the temperature is too cold or hot, your body is going to react. Just not the way you want or expect. Add to it the stopping and starting again and your body is probably a bit confused. Relax and let her know that it isn't her. It just happens sometimes.

I'm a 23 year old male, realitively good health, no meds. I'm having trouble keeping an erection, and as a result having trouble ejaculating. I just lost my virginity this year to my current girlfriend, before this I would constantly masterbate on a daily basis.
