    Can't stay hard
I'm a 23 year old male, realitively good health, no meds. I'm having trouble keeping an erection, and as a result having trouble ejaculating. I just lost my virginity this year to my current girlfriend, before this I would constantly masterbate on a daily basis.

A lot of times, if you are brand new to the whole thing, it could be nerves. You should try not masturbating and not having sex for about a week then try and see if that helps. If not then you could be suffering from ED (erectile disfunction). Talk to your dr if the above doesn't help and see about getting a Rx for cialis or viagra.

Too much masturbation can cause low sperm count and low seminal fluid volume.not E.D. stressing about masturbating too much will cause E.D. enjoy life and love.

    Hi,

In the most cases, especially in your age, erection problems are cased in stress.

I've had the same problems in your age, the only advice that I can give you:

Talk to your girlfriend, tell her about your problem and your fears, if she really loves you, she will understand you and help you.

If you want to have sex:
    1. take a lot of time,
    2. be sure nobody will interrupt you,
    3. take care for a nice atmosphere (candles, nice music, a good wine),
    4. be sure that you and your girlfriend are relaxed

    And the most important

    DO NOT ENFORCE IT!
The rest will come by itself ;)

    OK.

For every problem you can find a solution...

So I guess you are still living with your parents too?

Where did you have sex the last time.

    How old is your girlfriend?

If her parents are supporting you (your relationship) you can talk to them and maybe they will tell the brother to leave you alone.

Or you send him to cinema or something like that.

I'm 23 and she is 24.yes I am, unfortunatlly still living with my parents, last time we made love was at her house. Our parents are rather supprotive but trying to get my dad to let us be in the house alone is not a possibility. But soon she will have the house to her self

Possibly you are a masturbation addict? That would be one reason for not being able to perform with a real live partner.

Why don't you go somewhere private with your girlfriend and have a picnic outside and relax, read poetry, and have intercourse under the sky?

Possibly. But I have been pretty good keeping it to no more than once or twice a week, since I have been going out with my girlfriend trying to save it all my energy for her. But when I hit puberty I was masterbating like crazy.

When was your last complete physical and blood test? Things like Adult onset diabetes and other stuff can creep up fast.
