    What is bonding an employee
    What does it mean when a company bonds an employee? Is there a difference in bonding an employee and an employee being bondable?

    1. an employee has to be bondable to get the coverage, bonds come normally from insurance companies, so if the person does not meet the requirement they can not be

    2. bonding an employee is insuring them normally to protect the customers your company work for.
