I am two days late for my period and for the past 3 days I have been having the stomach pain bloating and horrible cramping it feels like my body thinks I have my period! On the 18th day of my cycle I did have protective sex he didn't even ejaculate inside me! I am afraid to take pregnancy test but being that I was protected that isn't my big concern yet, I am 24 years old and have never had a late period passed 29 days and lately I was always on 28 on the dot.. today is almost over and it is 30 days how long should I wait till I should be worried? The cramping is on and off and today was the worst pain of it all and went away with midol.. any ideas? I am freaking out!

It is not unsual for periods to be off by a few days here and there. Give it another week and see what happens. Try a test at that time if still no period.

What you are feeling may be due to early pregnancy, some women will feel as though their period is about to come on at any time, but it may just be that your period is indeed about to come on in the next day or two.

Since you used protection, and he didn't ejaculate, odds of pregnancy are small... possible, but unlikely.

I hope so ! I mean its day 3 now I know I should still wait but I'm going to take the test tomorrow my stomach has been hurting me in the pit of my stomach and today I woke up with the pain since Monday it was always hurting around dinner time I don't know what this is either I'm hoping its only my anxiety and nothing more!
