    Pokemon character?
    Ok I used to watch pokemon as a kid and I was really wondering what this one boy's name was. I think he was one of ash's rivals 'cause he beat him a lot and I remember the guy had brown hair, wore this purple sweatshirt, always had like a long necklace on. He was also kind of smug and had he whole I'm so cool attitude.

    I think the character you are asking about is Gary. Professor Oak's grandson and Ash's arch rival.
