You'll have to tell us more. How is she being mentally abused? Hasn't the school come looking for her? Are there any other family members involved in this? Are you in school too?

My niece has been told that she has bone cancer needs a kidney transplant by her own mother. The mother is a very good story teller and everyone believes her. The school has written her up twice in the past 2 years for missing school.

There is no food in the house we have gone through all the proper steps but nobody seems to do anything because there is no sign of physical abuse

Just what proper steps have you been through? If this was reported to Child Services I am sure they would have done an investigation and found what you claim. Have you reported to the proper authorities?

They have been reported several times the children went to stay with there grandmother for one month because there house was taken away. But once they found a new place to live the children had to go back with there parents.

You would think the authorities would listen but with no physical abuse they won't do anything. The school has even contacted them but nothing.

The only way to prove it is to have my niece speak up but her mother has told her if she says anything she will be put in a home with very mean people. She won't let any family see her
