    Transfer of deed mentally ill mother
    My mother is mentally ill she has schizophrenia. She is currently in a hospital. The deed for the house is in my deceased grandparents name she never had it transferred she can't take care of the house is was being sherrif saled for taxes till I paid them is there any way to transfer the deed straight into my name?

    You need to get yourself appinted as conservator of your mother's assets. Then you can transfer the property.

    First you can pay the taxes to save the property.

    You will have to go though court and be appopinted over your moms affairs.
    Then you will have to take the property to probate to get it transferred to your mom. Then you will have to transfer it from mom to you assuming other family members don't object
