    Tenants reported drug use & sales by another tenant, I have no proof, what can I do?
    I have a tenant that I suspect is ingauging in drug activity. Other tenants have came to me with the same concern. But I have no proof. What can I do, if anything?

    Contact the police or tell them to. You can do nothing without proof if they have a lease. If they are month to month or their lease is expiring, you may be able to terminate tenancy.
