    Limations on Drug Sales
    What is the limitations on how long the law has to arrest you from the time of a drug sale to a C.I.

    They can take their sweet old time about arresting you as they wish to build a case against you that is virtually airtight. They generally use a CI for several "controlled" buys from a dealer over a period. How long has it been since you think you sold something to a CI?

    The statute of limitation probably runs about 3 years. I say probably, because all state laws are different.
