Don't want to pay child support, I never get to see child
I want to give up my rights and responsibilities as a father, I am dead set on it. I have never been able to see the kid. How do I do it?

Go to court for visitation... its your right as a parent assuming you never abused them.

But until you find someone that wants to adopt them... even with the mothers concent, its not going to happen. Its not in either the kids interest or hers... not if you are paying support.

Dead something, what is it, oh yea, it is called "dead beat" not having a problem making the child, but not being responsible for their actions of paying for the child.

But lucky for the child, you can't just give up your obligations.
No one can force you to see the child, but they can force you to pay.

If you want to see the child you can. That will be your choice
