    Damage

    My house got raided last week due to my partner being @ my address now & again, Nothing was found but the police really damaged my wall, like a huge gap all the way down th door, Can the police pay for this or is it down to me

    Shutt - if nothing was discovered on the prem you can seek recourse with a civil suit for the repairs - which of course would take forever... keep all receipts and copies of documentation when making such endeavors. The only way they would have reason for property damage is if they had reasonable cause for a search warrant. For future, you should meet your partner somewhere else until it blows over.

    Most likely no, you can request funding though the police department
