    NYS Escrow Account minimum for Interest bearing accounts
    I am Buying a Business in New York State and the Landlord wants 3 Months rent up front for an 8 Yr lease. He wasn't putting the Money in an interest Bearing account for prior owners. I was wondering if NYS has a requirement for that this money should be put in an interest Bearing account being that it will Be $ 13.5 K he will hold for the term. Thanks for any help
