    My PC will not let me download files
    My PC will not let me download any kind of files. I puch run or save and it will not download anything... what can I do, PLEASE HELP

    The message says: error in the software load needs DLLs for kernel.
    This is what it shows: \WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
