I just got my first probation violation in 4yrs, I've been paying my fines , have a job
OK my po shows up this morning round 11:30, tells me that over the weekend someone called her an told her I've been drinking. She asked if I was drinking an I told her I was an she asked if there was any in the house so I showed her where it was, she told me that since I was honest she wasn't going to detain me but I have to go to court in 2 days.
I haven't have any problems on probation in 4 yrs my biggest flaw is I get backed up on paying fines but always catch up... I have a job an a kid I have really changed from the last time the judge saw me so I'm wondering what to expect

Most likely they will put you on a closer watch, perhaps testing every week or something, plus most likely required to do AA or some other program *** expect a lecture from the judge, that you say yes sir and no sir to

*** and thank you for writing this, so many people always fear the drinking test and I warn then more are caught from "friends" turning them in than any test

Now you say you have really changed,
So not respecting the court rules, doing what you know is against probation is a positive change? I hate to see what you were doing if this is doing good.

What can you expect? Re-read your original conviction paperwork and see what the Judge said about what he would punish you wish should you violate your probation. More than likely he just might give you that original decision he made. When you have your VOP hearing he WILL be looking at his original sentencing notations and anything can happen. It all depends on the Judge and what the PO says to him.
